A Pulitzer-prize-winning journalist visited the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland not too long ago and wrote her friends a personal e-mail in which she talked about her full access to the powerful and elite.
One of her friends forwarded the e-mail to another friend, and eventually the e-mail found its way to a public discussion board, for all to read.
Discussions of the implications of e-mail security and its affects on how we communicate can be found at LawMeme and (of course) Slashdot, but personally, I found the e-mail to be a really good read.
After all, how often do you get an unpolished, personal, biased view of how the world really works? (Thanks to my friend Aaron for the tip)
